Typography

Brand Elements’ Typefaces

The Adventist World Radio brand elements are built based on the Vectora family. Complementary elements to the brand make use of Google’s Noto Sans and its predecessors: Open Sans and Source Sans Pro.

Specifically, the logo for Adventist World Radio and AWR both use Vectora Black Italic.

Keeping with the logo for Adventist World Radio and AWR, the AWR portion of AWR360° also uses Vectora Black Italic, while the 360° portion of AWR360° uses Vectora Light Italic. The Broadcast to Baptism tagline that goes underneath the AWR360° logo uses Open Sans Regular.

The Affiliate identifier applied to stations that have signed an AWR affiliation document, uses Vectora Bold Italic.

Complementary Typefaces

When laying out text in different languages, Noto Sans Regular and Bold are preferred, as they have the greatest representation across languages, and thus help maintain the highest level of consistency in look and feel.

Within a specific language, any of the weight and style variants of Noto Sans may be used.
